I went to the City of Orange to take photos using 35mm color film. Once they are processed and I print them, I will upload the correct image for today.

I just started taking another photo class. I spent the day taking photos from a pinhole camera that I made myself. It was actually really cool because I was in 100% percent of the process.

I made the camera.
I mixed the chemicals.
I cut the paper that I used to make the "negative."
I took the picture, by lifting up a piece of tape to uncover the pinhole and I acted as the shutter by keeping time.
I printed and processed the negative.
I dried the negative.
And I made the final picture.

I went on a walk today, looking for color. I was taking pictures of some berries, when I saw this vision of loveliness. Thank goodness it's owner was not home, because I would have been afraid to knock.

I took this photo on the 16th and edited it on the 17th so that I could frame it an put it on the wall.

I just love flowers in the winter. There were two orange roses in the garden, so I got out my camera a took some pictures. There is something simple and honest about a rose. It doesn't pretend to be anything that it isn't.

I wanted to pull out my hair when I was editing this because my printer kept turning the image red. Which means I have to send it out to be printed. It also meant that I tried to manipulate the color more before I printed it, so it took more time than needed.

I went to Santa Monica today with my boyfriend to see Photo LA. Afterward we went and got some cheep Chinese food and walked around Santa Monica. It was a nice day.

Too much driving lately... and its not likely to end soon. My Friday was drive to work. Drive to school. Drive home. Drive to boyfriends house. Drive home. Then on Saturday... drive to Santa Monica to see Photo LA.
